We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@tcgisland.com.
Trading Card Specific Exchanges:
- • Damaged cards: We'll replace with same card in mint condition
- • Misprinted cards: Contact us for case-by-case evaluation
- • Missing cards from sets: We'll send replacement cards
Processing Times:
- • Inspection: 1-2 business days after receipt
- • Refund Processing: 3-5 business days
- • Credit Card: 5-10 business days to appear
- • PayPal: 3-5 business days
Sealed Products
All sealed booster packs, boxes, and cases must remain unopened for returns. Opening sealed products voids the return policy due to the collectible nature of trading cards.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items can be cancelled up to 48 hours before release. Once shipped, standard return policy applies.
Limited Edition Items
Limited edition and promotional items may have special return conditions. Please check product description or contact us for specific policies.
